By accessing drdhruvbhola.com or booking a session with Dr. Dhruv Bhola, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or its services.

Eligibility

Our services are available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By booking a consultation, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Nature of Services

Dr. Dhruv Bhola is a Psychosexologist and Sex Therapist offering psychotherapy-based consultations for men's sexual health issues including psychogenic erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, sexual performance anxiety, and porn addiction. All services are counselling-based and do not involve physical examination or prescription of medication.

Therapy outcomes vary from person to person. We do not guarantee a specific result or timeline for improvement.

Appointments & Cancellations

• Sessions can be booked online, via WhatsApp, or by phone.
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may forfeit the session fee.
• No-shows without prior notice will be treated as a completed session and the full fee will be charged.

Payments & Refunds

• Session fees are payable in advance at the time of booking.
• All payments are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling is available if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time. Requests made within 24 hours will not be accommodated.
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations will be treated as a completed session with no rescheduling option.

Confidentiality

All information shared during therapy sessions is strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third party, except in the following circumstances: where there is a credible risk of serious harm to you or another person, or where required by a valid court order under Indian law.

Online Sessions

Online sessions are conducted via audio or video call. By choosing an online session, you agree to attend from a private location, take responsibility for the security of your device and connection, and not record the session without prior written consent. Technical difficulties on your end do not entitle you to a refund or session extension.

Not an Emergency Service

This practice is not suited for mental health emergencies. If you are in crisis or at risk of harm to yourself or others, please contact emergency services (112) or a crisis helpline such as iCall (9152987821) immediately.
